COAL GROVE, OHIO-The Rocky Top Raceway Modified division WILL NOT be AMRA sanctioned for the 2007 season. The rules for the Modified division will be the same as they were during the 2005 season with one exception. That is any eight inch tire and eight inch wheel will be allowed. The tire rule is open as drivers can run any brand and any compound.
A complete set of the 2007 Modified division rules is posted on the tracks official website, www.rockytopraceway.net. Also posted is the new 2007 Bomber rules. Late Model rules have not changed and the recently added Mod Lite division will run under T-USA rules. The 2007 season should be a great one as it kicks off with a Test N Tune on Saturday, April 14th with the Season Opener coming on Friday, April 20th.
